Quite right Mary: and this one is beautifully captured
Mary MacADNski: Thank you, Chris. We are having a terrible blizzard. Not much snow but extreme winds and drifting. I have to drive about 60 km. to work in a bit. I will think of this happy flower every time I have to plow through a drift and your nice comment as well.

Those colours are very striking. Enjoyable.
Mary MacADNski: You must have tried the elastic band trick as you're nowhere to be found.
The details and the colours are fantastic! Well done!
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Reflecteur. I took advantage of an overnight rain and shot a whole lot of flowers one morning.
They really are delightful little flowers at whatever time of the year they are out.
Mary MacADNski: I love them so much as they were around since childhood. Many flowers are modern and new.
And nothing quite as different as all those water drops! Terrific shot, Mary.
Mary MacADNski: Thank mother nature for the rain. The flowers do too.
This is so wonderful Mary. Thanks for sharing!
Mary MacADNski: Bienvenue, Richard
They are lovely aren't they. This one looks extra special with the water drops.
Mary MacADNski: It rained during the night and I got shots of tons of flowers the next morning. I must say it adds a great deal.

Self seeding so often they come up as a lovely surprise. Lovely closeup of this bright beauty.
Mary MacADNski: I love that they self seed too and will come up before anything else.
I've been accused of that in the past smile
Mary MacADNski: They are telling me to mind my language here on SC but what I was trying to say was: What did I accuse you of? "Oh, shite what".
I was making a joke..."An old fashioned Pansy" smile
Mary MacADNski: LOL - and so you are!!
