Tonto [from Toronto's] Pinto has some nice fresh stuff to graze, and a lovely view to survey once his belly is full. Nice one, Mary.
Mary MacADNski: Truthfully, I'm not even sure where it is. I stop for horses. I've been so busy, I've not taken any shots so using photos from the files.
This should be the medicine for stressed out people...feel the wind, smell the air, listening to the birds.
A wonderful view, I am off to work so I have to wait for the weekend
Mary MacADNski: Today is my first full day off in weeks. I am so happy! I have Thursday and Saturday off as well and am delirious with joy. The worst is that it's raining and I need to do outside work which will have to be put off.
It's funny; no matter how attractive the view, animals just want to eat!
Mary MacADNski: So true. I have a friend who overlooks a beautiful pasture. In the fall, when the cows are in for the coming winter and in the spring before they are let out, we walk those pastures. The cows have the most beautiful views in the area and I've often commented on that fact and wondered if they even notice anything but what is before their feet.
As you have said before (I think) animals get all the good views. Nice one Mary
Mary MacADNski: They do in a lot of cases. People often built in the valleys and not on the hills so the pastures are on the hills with beautiful vistas to behold. Here is a cut and paste from part of my response to Alan's comment: "I have a friend who overlooks a beautiful pasture. In the fall, when the cows are in for the coming winter and in the spring before they are let out, we walk those pastures.
