Fine geometry and texture... needs a cat, though smile
Mary MacADNski: Wouldn't a cat love this soft soil!

If you take a shot from this place every day for the next 100 days, Mary, we would all see a wonderful time-lapse sequence.
Mary MacADNski: I don't know what my neighbour is planting next to me this year but I could follow whatever crop is in that field quite easily. I showed a series a couple of year ago of a potato field from start to finish.
Looks like a bit of optical trickery here. I can't decide whether those "lines" are ridges or furrows. Really very 3D.
Mary MacADNski: It's true. These are tire tracks so have both ridges and furrows.

Very interesting patterning & textures Mary: a sure sign of spring
Mary MacADNski: I love watching the fields year round.
How untidy to leave wheel marks Mary.
Mary MacADNski: He wasn't finished.
Looks as though the driver has had a little stimulant to keep him going smile Nice image, Mary.
Mary MacADNski: He left his mark.

Unspoiled tracks...love the patterns
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Bonnie. I tend to take photos of fields in every aspect.
Very nicely captured shot!
Mary MacADNski: Thanks. Lots of fields like this at the moment.
The tyre treads have made great patterns, well captured. Like Ray has said, I wonder what it will look like in a few weekssmile

Very good, Mary. I like the lines in this. Let;s hope that that weeks don't get growing first.
Mary MacADNski: They will fix those weeds with nasty chemical sprays. (swear words to me)
I like these types of shots Mary, your farms seem to be a bit behind ours.
Mary MacADNski: Some are ahead of this. Potatoes are planted. Winter grains are a few inches high.
This reminds me a little of the raked oriental sand gardens, Mary. Nice to see the red soil of P.E.I. before the crops start to grow.
Mary MacADNski: I think you need to come for a visit, Beverly.
It makes a fine image Mary..You did well.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks so much, Ron.
Great pattern picture Mary
Mary MacADNski: I took a lot of shot of various patterns. They are fascinating to me.
