No swimmers...no boaters...no feathered or furry friends...
Mary MacADNski: If I am early for work, I sit in the park. Still some landscape but I get some people pictures too.

That is a delightful light-house, wonderful shot, where is this situated?
Mary MacADNski: It is in the city in someone's back yard. I am standing in a downtown park but looking out. I am on the end of the boardwalk that goes all along the waterfront.

On a lovely calm day Mary: that wooded structure has lots of charm
Mary MacADNski: It was early in the morning - calm so far.

Neat and tidy composition. I like lighthouses
Mary MacADNski: The Island is filled with lighthouses. This one is in the city in someone's back yard.

She's a beauty, Mary. One of those things I love to collect. smile
Mary MacADNski: They are everywhere here on the island.
What a delightful lighthouse Mary
Mary MacADNski: Believe it or not it is in someone's back yard.
A delightful capture Mary. A bit strange not seeing any life around!
Mary MacADNski: It is very early in the morning. I am standing on the very edge of a park on it's boardwalk but the photo is of the residential area. If I had turned around you would see many walkers.
Was that lighthouse built teeting on the edge like that, or is erosion and movement taking its toll? Lovely picture.
Mary MacADNski: I don't know but i would guess erosion.
Oops - teeting should read teetering! Sorry.
Lovely capture Mary, the lighthouse is greatsmile
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Linda. This is a popular shot by tourists.

very placid capture Mary, nicely done
Mary MacADNski: Early for work - a good sitting spot.
Love the serenity of this image. Since this lighthouse is located on private property, Mary, is it also privately owned?
Mary MacADNski: I have no idea of the history or present status but often go here.

Good scene
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Mister.
That is a gorgeous shot, Mary.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Michael. I think I showed it before, a few years ago. Different day and water.

The apparent tranquility and calmness of this photo. I like the atmosphere.
Mary MacADNski: I am on the beginning (or end) of a boardwalk around Charlottetown Harbour.
What a most unusual lighthouse Mary.
Mary MacADNski: Small and to the point, this one.
That's a fascinating structure for a lighthouse, Mary - any idea of its history?
Mary MacADNski: No idea. It is old and in the city but on private property it seems. I have no idea.

I like the red roofs in the background.

A lovely locale.
Mary MacADNski: Right in the city but doesn't look it from here.
It is always comforting to your blog. It's a luxury to have you to combat stress. That peace.
Mary MacADNski: Agradezco tu comentario y la comprensión. Tienes que venir aquí algún día y relajarse de verdad.
Love the lighthouse. Nice shot Mary
Mary MacADNski: We have lots here. this is in the city.

Lovely little lighthouse Mary and just a great serene place... one would not expect to find it so close to town....still taking that Island Walk through your archives and enjoying every turn....petersmile
Mary MacADNski: I remember someone telling me that this was once the country. Now it is just another city street. Thanks for taking 'the walk'.
