Beautiful image, Mary. Wonderful beach!
Mary MacADNski: It is a popular Provincial Park with the beach, bath/changing rooms, a baseball field where I saw cricket being played last week, shelters and picnic tables. Because of the nice beach it is well attended by families as it is close to the city.

I wonder why and how the sand banks occur like that
Mary MacADNski: I see this type of sand pattern in different ways but do not know how it is scientifically cre8ed.

Oh my, Mary. It's like everyone gets their own tidal stream. How fun is that!
Mary MacADNski: It is a wonderful family beach and Provincial Park.
This beach looks like a very safe place to take the kids with all the shallow tidal pools to play in. Totally love this image, Mary!
Mary MacADNski: This wonderful beach is housed in a Provincial Park so all the services are there, making it a very family-oriented park to visit.
Yesterdays image is very nicely explained Mary, what a beach to take the children.

What an amazing scene, it all make sense now Mary
Mary MacADNski: Thank goodness!
As those streaks of water lay awaiting the return of the tide, they create such a fabulous scene, Mary. Almost a layer cake feel to the composition and a great eye to capture the shot.
Mary MacADNski: The tide is on it's way in. Sometimes this beach's tides show much more shallow. It's a great one for kids
