This week I have a grueling schedule so will visit blogs but probably not comment on them or answer comments on mine. I do appreciate your comments, though, very much. If I get any spare moments at all, I will be eating or sleeping.

I like the lines, but the colours are really terrible.
Mary MacADNski: I guess after all the comments and correspondence I have to say that it's just the way my camera and I work. You seem to dislike my shots (and/or colour) quite often.
I know we're all very different with cameras styles, use or not of post processing, and it's various levels of use. I hope there is room for us all, in however we express ourselves.
Maybe it is my monitor, I am behind a calibrated LaCie 324. That is a very high quality monitor. But I never said I dislike your shots, I only dislike the colours in a couple of them. I was under the impression that people who use a red smiley can take real criticism, and not only the 'wow' and 'aaaaah' comments
But I also have no desire at all to offend you in any way, so I won't be commenting on your photos anymore.
Mary MacADNski: Perhaps I should change the smiley to the positive comment colour. It's just that I can't control the colours of spring. I guess I could alter them in a post-processing program but don't have the time or desire to change nature.
When you commented that I should remove a fence to make the photo better, I stated that I see my photos as recording a moment in time. If the fence is there it is there. It is simply a matter of choice.
I enjoy your heavily processed photos and if one seemed a bit much I would never think of saying you should not post process your photos. I think there is room enough for lots of different styles and acceptance of them.
