Hey, Let's Play

Baxter the Boston Terror, I mean Terrier, was here for the weekend two.  You never have to worry about getting your exercise when he is around.

Even as a dog lover thats a face only a mother could love smile
Mary MacADNski: Exactly. Even a grandmother couldn't be persuaded to love this little terror.
Great little character by the look of him Mary. LOL at Tony!
Mary MacADNski: He is a terror, not my idea of what a dog is. He never stops for a moment and barks terribly if you don't cater to him.

Baxter looks like he knows how to play...

Does he have fun rolling in cow pats?

Does he play well with the cats?
Mary MacADNski: He only knows how to tun after things and tear things apart. That is how he plays. He has not tried the cow patties though he did roll in something dead last summer. He is better with the cats now because he ignores them. Last year her was a terror with them. He got a few scratches as payment.
Laughing at the comments Mary...They are good..and so is the picture.
Mary MacADNski: Baxter th Beast is what I actually call him.
great image against that backdrop
looks surreal
Mary MacADNski: What is surreal is the dog.
Not the prettiest dog I have ever seen and from your description Baxter the Beast is not the nicest either. But that doesn't stop this being a good photo, a well captured image.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Sheila. No, I am not a fan of Baxter but my daughter loves him dearly. He's a handful but is calmer when she is in sight. They are very attached.
I like the background - I want to play there too, but not sure if I dare....I'm not very close to dogs...smile
Mary MacADNski: I don't like dogs like this but like big dogs who act like dogs.
My next door neighbour owned a Boston Terrier for many years and it is still her favourite breed of dog. Her pooch though was a model of decorum.

Even terrors can be photogenic, Mary, as Baxter well proves here. Love how you have the little devil surrounded by wildflowers.
Mary MacADNski: I would love to meet one like your neighbour's dog. Every BT I've known is so overactive and stubborn.
He does look pretty liely and I'm not going to disagree with himsmile
I love his name Mary and in comparison to my daughters two English Bulldogs he is quite a handsome fellow.
Mary MacADNski: Really? You mean there are uglier dogs?
Sparky little devils, Bostons, aren't they?
Mary MacADNski: Sparky would have been a very good name for this fellow.

That's quite a contrast - dog against dandelions!
Mary MacADNski: The colours are certainly a contrast.
I wouldn't mind Baxter on my grass smile
Mary MacADNski: I would give him to you but my daughter would not.
It's so cute. I hope that my daughter (16 years) do not see your picture, you'll want one like it.
Mary MacADNski: This one belongs to my daughter. It visits only occasionally.
