I believe I would call this mushroom "Alice", Mary.

LOL at Ray. Alice is a lovely name! I'm not clever enough to know what fungi is safe to eat and what's not so I rely on the supermarkets to make that call for me.

It's a nipple mushroom as one can clearly see! Pity you took the shot from above. It makes such a flat picture like that

This looks good enough to eat!
Don't think I'd try it though!
