The fellow in front almost looks as if he is smiling. Great catch, Mary.
Mary MacADNski: I hope they are, Beverly.

Companions.
Mary MacADNski: Siblings, I think.
Husband and wife?
Mary MacADNski: I think they're siblings. There are about 10 in the extended family.

They are allover the world. The part of our country that I am currently featuring on my blog, has crows breeding on every second telephone pole along the road.
But they wouldn't let me take pictures. When I slowed the car down, they took off.
Mary MacADNski: They are hard to photograph actually, very wary of the camera. This is through a window.

They look like our crows
Mary MacADNski: They could be crows or ravens but I think, ravens.
I like how they both look into different sides
Mary MacADNski: I'll watch your back.....
Good military tactics, one looking forward, the other back.
Mary MacADNski: I'll watch your back.....
A young couple?
Well spotted and captured Mary!
Mary MacADNski: possibly or siblings.
The front row one is smiling; he knows he is being portrayed, great shot!
Mary MacADNski: They have no idea I am there. They are very elusive and would be gone. This is trough a window and they don't know.

Birds of a feather... They look quite pleased with themselves.
Mary MacADNski: They're whole family was here. I had some stale bread.
Lovely shot Mary.
Mary MacADNski: It is through a window so not in focus.
I've never knowingly seen one of these in the wild.
Mary MacADNski: I have a family of 10 or so that frequents here and other places in the neighbourhood.
Sometimes these birds can look quite threatening, but these two seem very begnine - simply sitting there soaking up the sun. (:o)
Mary MacADNski: They were with their family, mom and dad and some younger bros and sists.
Good shot. Difficult subject.
Mary MacADNski: They are difficule. This was through a window and they were unaware.
It's a good thing there are only a few of these "walking companions"...you know what happened in the Alfred Hitchcock film!
Mary MacADNski: You could film that around here at this time of year.
Lovely shot Mary they look a happy couple.
Mary MacADNski: They're probably siblings. These were young ones.
They look to be a very happy pair of birds, I'm guessing they are a couple because I think they pair up long term.
Mary MacADNski: I think these are siblings but maybe a young pair. There were 10 or so. Last year the family was seven.
Great catch, Mary - you're lucky to have those birds so close to you.
Mary MacADNski: I love them in the neighbourhood.
