A couple of very different boats!
Mary MacADNski: There is a small ferry in between as well. Easy to miss.

always love the comparison of old and new ships
Mary MacADNski: There are lots of boats in Atlantic Canada. Surrounded by water, we are a boating culture.

Serious boats ... and Murphy squeezed his restaurant in between.
Mary MacADNski: I think Murphy has a pretty good waterfront location.
I see you are joining in the boat friday theme Mary.
Mary MacADNski: Living on an island, I have hundreds of boat shots, so why not, I say.
The boat in the foreground (foresea?) is rather splendid. I hope you got permission from vintage to do a boat Fridaygrin
Mary MacADNski: Heck! I didn't think of asking permission.
A nice selection of boats here Mary, that one in the background is certainly a big one.
Mary MacADNski: Summer and autumn are cruise ship season here in the Maritimes.
They are all lovely in their own way, but I do like sails smile
Mary MacADNski: I do too, Linda, but have never been on a cruise ship. i might like that.
Thats my kind of sail boat Mary..Steady and upright..Lovely.
Mary MacADNski: Steady and upright is a very good thing on a boat.
Looks as though Murphy's is about to be mown down!
Mary MacADNski: That big boat could do it couldn't it!

Give me the sailing boat any day over the cruise ship. My brother and his wife love them but they are not for me. The tug looks interesting, too.
Mary MacADNski: I'm with you. I am an adventurer and prefer to find accommodations when traveling rather than the all inclusives.
