Gulls seem to like it even more than humans, Mary.
Mary MacADNski: The beach got very crowded by humans mid afternoon. They outnumbered the gulls by then.

The gull looks like he is about to perform a ballet with the buoy.....nice composition and i love the layers of colour....i like this Mary....petersmile

Looks like there were sand banks even in the middle of that passage. What is that buoy there for?
Mary MacADNski: This is a navigational buoy that is marking the channel.

It looks a calm and pleasant day Mary.

the little fella seems to be approaching the water with a purpose, like this!
I think the Gull is a Lady and she's going for the Boy (Buoy).
Hardly funny, but I tried.
Take me to your leader..I like that Mary..It all fits well.
I like the colours in this. That red buoy steals the show though.
they do indeed, we go to the beach all year mainly with the dog for walks
