Mary MacADNski: It is a person holding a pole.

Love this.
Mary MacADNski: It's a great experience to be able to go into the woods in winter.
One human and two rabbits from planet Mars.

I've looked at animal tracks but never human ones before Mary!

Thanks for showing this, Mary, because I don't recall ever seeing snowshoe tracks! I wouldn't mind trying a pair one day. smile
Mary MacADNski: They are wonderful as you can get places you normally can't, like the woods.
This is amusing Mary..Could one of them be a penguin!
Mary MacADNski: I'm the penguins, dragging my tail.

Interesting to see the different types. I wonder which makes for the easiest going?
Mary MacADNski: It would be argued that the 2 aluminum and plastic on the right are lighter but I like my traditional wood and hide, these with tails on our left. One of the others suggested his would be better in wet snow but we haven't compared them in that condition.
Now if you didn't know they were snow shoes, I think you might think some strange animal has passed this way. good capture smile
Mary MacADNski: I think so too. It could fool the unsuspecting.
Very good Mary, that black shadow across sort of joins the three tracks together and just breaks up the white.
Mary MacADNski: That is a person's shadow believe it or not. Holding a ski pole.
I'm stil learning something new every day. Fascinating facts Mary.
Mary MacADNski: There are many other types of shoes too.

Nicely done Mary. Had me guessing.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, DrAW! I have had snowshoe shots from previous years too
Two woozles and a wizzle perhaps
Mary MacADNski: I'm the wizzle, of course.
Fine abstract, Mary.
Mary MacADNski: I thank you, Ray.
