Flowers, Continued

Scientists have found a 9,500 year old gravesite

with the remains of a human and a cat

on the Mediterranean island of Cyprus.

This predates early Egyption art depicting domestic cats

by more than 4000 years.

Mary MacADNski: She can't wait for this.
We can assume it was a domesticated cat unless the human was inside it. I think if there are no cats in heaven then it won't be worth going there
Mary MacADNski: I too hope there are cats in heaven. If not this is heaven, eh?
That grace has made me look at this picture, Mary! My cat "suaw" could be
well the brother of yours! You have until the same tummy!
Mary MacADNski: Her sister has a much bigger belly. From birth, she had more. This cat has less.
How'd Mrs. McKenzie get into my garden on the east coast of Ireland?? smile
Mary MacADNski: We have a delay at this time of year but catch up with our faster season.

They've always known when they're onto a good thing Mary
Mary MacADNski: These gals knew nothing else. Abandoned on a boat at birth. They had humans before their eyes were open. Special kitties - They have no idea they're cats.

Your daffodils are very well advanced. Mary. Ours our only just starting to a show a little flower in most cases. Very odd as we've had a mild winter since January. Our colder weather was in December. I'm sure your girls are enjoying the displays.
Mary MacADNski: Oh, I wish this were now. We will see this late April and into May.
I figured that cats have been with us a long time--that's why they are so good at manipulating us--they knew where all of our buttons are!
Mary MacADNski: And we know where theirs are.
