All you need is software and a few minutes each day to twiddle Mary. If I can do it anyone can!
Mary MacADNski: I sometimes find it hard to find the time to do many things I want to do let alone those I don't care so much about.

I'm not sure what you'd process on this, Mary. All Astrid will see is Jack Sparrow and you'll have made her day...and mine, too, for her. smile
Mary MacADNski: There seems to be a blue cast on it and a bit of overexposure that could be easily fixed I would think.

It looks great, the moment I saw the boats, there he is, MY hero, Jack Sparrow and the glistering on the water is wonderful!!
Mary MacADNski: He's a pretty cool dude, Astrid, a good hero figure.
Lovely twinkling sunshine on the water Mary!! Great stuff!!
Mary MacADNski: Thanks for that, Marion.

Snapped just right Mary.
Mary MacADNski: Ha ha! Thanks, Chad.
A lovely capture Mary with great twinkeling on the water.
Mary MacADNski: It would be nice to hop aboard.
Congratulations on your 1500 photos ... 1500 ways to see life in a natural and very human.
Mary MacADNski: I did not realize this was the case. Thank you!

Ago good one, don't change it. (even if you knew how smile)
Mary MacADNski: I am not crazy about the blue cast to the overall shot. The boat is actually called Half Snapped according to the life buoy by the way.
Not much wrong with this as it is Mary, a nice line of boats through the picture, if it was mine about the only thing I would do would be to remove the head of the man above the middle boat.
Mary MacADNski: I wouldn't remove anything but the blue cast to the overall photo. That's what I don't like.

As per Brian, it's fine as it is, mary; you have a good eye for getting it right first time.

Every picture could be tweaked, but 100 different people would tweak it 100 different ways.

I like this shot because with such a simple subject, it still gives me a good sense of the locality, which is inviting and makes me want to visit.
Mary MacADNski: Thank you, Colin. I would like this better with the blue cast removed to make it a truer colour.
Love;y framing and composition, great effect on the water, but what made me smile, broadly, was the pirate popping out the back of the back boat! Snapped indeed. grin
Mary MacADNski: The boat is actually called Half Snapped according to the life buoy. Funny, eh?
This looks pretty good as it is Mary.
Mary MacADNski: You are kind. I don't like the blue tone.
Lovely sparkly boat Friday Mary. Sometimes it's best to leave well alone.
Mary MacADNski: It is kind of blue tinged.
Yes indeed smile
I want me a one a dem....
Mary MacADNski: Easy enough to get around here.

Don't think it needs any post-processing, Mary. I like the sparkling water very much. Well done for spotting the name of the boat; I wonder why it was named thus?
Mary MacADNski: It is actually called Half Snapped according to the life buoy.
Fantastic composition snapped into the sun to give you that silver sea....i like all of your boats this Friday....petersmile
Mary MacADNski: This last one is actually called Half Snapped according to the life buoy. Snapped was ok for a photo title though, eh?
