Actually, Mary...moored in the river like that it makes me wonder how small the boat must be that the owner uses to row out to it...

It looks like a toy, Mary, and totally changes the immediate scale of things.

Like how the water curves around and takes the eye through the scene.
Mary MacADNski: This is a great spot of getting a lot of compositions. I have a lot of views of this spot over the years.

What a great bend in the river and such a tiny boat.

I like the wooden piles in this, Mary. A former pier? The boat looks quite insignificant.
Mary MacADNski: It was a former pier, before my time. This is a nice spot that you've seen many times over time.
You're going to get your feet wet, getting out to that one,Mary!
