These things have endless patience

Mary MacADNski: They go round and round the pond for 24 hours at a time. I don't know when they sleep.

Its certainly a grand view from your deck Mary.

A good perch for them; waiting for something to swim into view.

Mary MacADNski: He thinks he is hiding from me.

Sometimes the herons look so sad... as if they are cold or deep in their own thoughts.
Wonderful picture, the bush does give a kind of peek-through.

Mary MacADNski: I think they have one thing on their mind.- the next little fish.
