Company of Friends

My friend and I liked hiking dirt roads for long distances and tramping through trails in any season, even with snowshoes.  We had a regular 12 km route, a 14 km route, a short 6 km road really close to home and if we had one hour we would go to the double lakes here at the Harvey Moore Bird Sanctuary.

Fabulous with the gooses added in, Mary.
Mary MacADNski: It is a sanctuary for geese and ducks and has been a multi-generational family legacy that provides a free place for the public to connect with the wild.
