Chris featured angelica yesterday. Please look for yesterday's post of Tiff's blog for a complete description of the plant. Thank you, Chris.  Angelic is sought after by many species.

A very nice composition Mary but I'm not entirely convinced this is Angelica: it could be Hogweed - but I am not sure at this distance
Mary MacADNski: Perhaps it is. I have no idea.
Whatever it is this is a delightful picture Mary
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Bill. I've enjoyed this at my friend's for years.

I think that you are far more angelic than Tiff.
Mary MacADNski: I think I am too.
A wonderful picture Mary. I like the 2 insects on the plant.
Mary MacADNski: I got several good ones this day.
We used to call this, or a plant very similar this, Queen Anne's Lace, Mary. I remember adding them to garden bouquets.
Mary MacADNski: This looks similar to Queen Ann's Lace but is much larger and the insects go mad for it. The Queen Ann's Lace is in full bloom here now too.
Delightful especially with the two insects.
Mary MacADNski: The bees were rolicking and frolicking here.
If it smells disgusting it's hogweed. Nice shot never the less
Mary MacADNski: I will find out.
That's a happy bee!
Mary MacADNski: They were crazy happy!
It does not matter whether this is Angelica of Hogweed Mary.... it is a great capture of both visitors as well as the flowers themselves....petersmile
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, ...peter.
Lovely - good job to catch the bee!
Mary MacADNski: I got several shots this shoot.
Lovely capture! Mary and nice composition.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks for dropping in.
