I must be getting old...I look forward to these bales in your pictures every year, Mary.
Mary MacADNski: A really nice one coming up on Thursday.
Very nice Mary. A great feeling of summer in the countryside.
Mary MacADNski: It was a glorious day and I'm glad it showed.
I love the way the hay is ready to start rolling down.Excellent capture!
Mary MacADNski: This is a possible composition for a future painting.
Perfect title for your shot Mary... I finally found some to take pix of this year.
Mary MacADNski: They are everywhere here right now.
Great shot Mary!

A bit precarious to leave them there perhaps?
Mary MacADNski: My composition makes it look a little steep as you can see from the following day. I am thinking of doing a painting similar to this and was trying to get some shots of possible compositions.

When I was young these were gathered by hand into small sheafs. How times change Mary.

love th title you choose
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Chantal.
I like the way the bales just seem to have been tumbled over the landscape in a random fashion.
Mary MacADNski: They drop out of the baler with a thump and are to heavy to roll unless it would be a very steep incline.

Another sign of a good harvest. They look a bit like Chad's glass sculpture today.
Mary MacADNski: I just checked out Chad's shot. Fascinating!
I love this one, Mary. It looks as if they have just been dropped there and are still rolling.
Mary MacADNski: I've been thinking of doing a painting something like this.
Like giant tin cans...
Mary MacADNski: You should see the can openers.
nicely composed!
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, so much.
