A universal sight: they're finished here now
Mary MacADNski: Just about done here too. With PEI growers of potatoes and cereal grains, the fields are busy places these days.
A truly wonderful picture Mary, the color here is so good. A great shot.
Mary MacADNski: I don't adjust colours at all so it is the real colour of the field.
I like the contrast of the dark clouds and the light from the right. Tension.

A glorious harvesting day Mary.
Mary MacADNski: We've been blessed with seven weeks of perfect weather with only a drop of rain. Before that we had the worst summer ever with cold and rain.

Its lovely to see this type of field, its beautiful, its mainly green and sheep around me smile
Mary MacADNski: I have green and cows and a soybean field which is still green for now. Nice to be in the country though.

all too soon it will be winter again but pictures like this will remind us that summer will come back again grin
Mary MacADNski: I will wait patiently all winter for spring.
Harvest is well under way then Mary.
Mary MacADNski: I'd say the grain harvest is 90% finished and the potato harvest 15%.

What a glorious sight. I like th seeminngly haphazard lines here and the sumblime colours.
Mary MacADNski: They start at the edge of the field and the lines result from the contours there. Hope you're having a marvelous time.
A lot of that going on at the moment, I imagine!
Mary MacADNski: Lots of harvesting happening on the island these days, with grain almost finished and potatoes underway.
Lovely shot, autumn is here.
Mary MacADNski: It is on the calendar but we've been enjoying summer weather.
This flour from this grain could be in a loaf from Morrisons quite soon. Great Image Mary
