photoblog image Second Sunrise

Second Sunrise

This shot was taken just a few seconds after the one shown a couple of days ago.  The first was shot immediately when the camera was taken out of the camera bag.  This one was shot through a lens covered in condensation from being left in the cold car overnight.

The elements gave you the perfect filter for this second fantastic sunrise Mary... i like this soft version as much as your first...petersmile
Mary MacADNski: It is so different And a treat to notice as I glanced at the back of the camera. I got another or two.
Maybe PS should have a Car Overnight filter. smile
Mary MacADNski: As long as the temp would allow condensation to occur. We used to use vaseline an eon ago.

Double filter...condensation and trees...but Nature still shines through!

Works for me, Mary.
Mary MacADNski: It worked for me too, Ray. Seeing it on the back of the camera was when I noticed it but on the computer, it did shine through.

Your camera has a bag?
ye gawds,...the cameras of PEI have a comfortable and pampered life!
Mary MacADNski: Just a little back pack bag for hiking. It has no lens cap though.
I almost thought it was maybe taken through the fog of a camp fire - it's really wonderful!
Mary MacADNski: It was so different than just that few seconds before.

I like Larrys idea because this is a fab photo Mary
Mary MacADNski: Yes, it mightn't work for you if the temperature there never gets low enough for condensation to form.

Mary MacADNski: I'll try it again - if I forget the camera again.
some red tones there, not sure what to feel
Mary MacADNski: So different than the one taken only seconds before. Check it out.
A superb picture Mary. The color is just right on this one.
Mary MacADNski: Nature at her most awesome, each and every day.

This is rather fun, it feels very hot with the colours.
Mary MacADNski: I was amazed at how fast the condensation formed apon taking out the camera out of the bag.

I think I shall leave my camera in the car in future, its a beautiful image Mary smile
Mary MacADNski: It was a nice surprise to notice. I couldn't wait to check on the computer.
A wonderful image Mary. I won't worry too much about condensation in the future. It's a bit apocalyptic.
Mary MacADNski: Sorry about that. I got you and Brian transposed and I was answering his comment.

It actually freaked me a bit when I looked at the back of the camera. I hadn't done anything but move my head a little and it looked so different. I couldn't wat to see it on the computer.
The condensation made a good filter Mary, a lovely shot.
Mary MacADNski: Yes, it might not work in some shots. LOL
Very nice indeed
Mary MacADNski: It was amazing to see happen. I couldn't figure out what had gone wrong with the camera.
Terrific picture! Simple and intense.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks a million.
