Those reds really stand out!
Mary MacADNski: Yes, they are very pretty.
Fantastic photo Mary! The colors and compostion are pefect smile
Mary MacADNski: The landscape is just there waiting for you to snap.
You've picked the perfect spot for this colourful shot, Mary. Will they harvest this grain soon?
Mary MacADNski: I saw that they've started to harvest the late corn but don't seem to be in a hurry. Drying in silos is expensive with the price of oil.

Like a rooted rainbow, Mary.
Mary MacADNski: You have such a way with words and images.
Great point of view- the colors are beautiful!
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Elizabeth. This turned out to be the peak. Since then rain and today is very windy.
Lovely range of colours again Mary

Those foliage colours are a treat Mary
Mary MacADNski: The late grains are beautiful. The corn is so pale and the soybeans are so rich and dark.

Maybe late, Mary, but it wanted to get in on the party!
Mary MacADNski: This corn is still supposed to be out there drying a bit longer. Running driers is expensive. Soybeans are still out too.

I wonder what sort of grain that is Mary.
Mary MacADNski: This is dried corn. Soybeans are still in the field too.
Beautiful colours Mary, you've inspired me to get off on a trip or two.smile
Mary MacADNski: I am always glad to hear I've inspired someone. Thank you.
Another lovely autumn shot Mary
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Janet. This turned out to be the peak. Since then rain and today is very windy.

I'm envious of your fall colours; in fact I'm "green" with envy - much like our trees smile
Mary MacADNski: This turned out to be the peak. Since then rain and today is very windy.
They are leaving the harvest later down your way than round where I live Mary, but I do like the colours in all those trees.
Mary MacADNski: There is lots of corn in the fields like this and soybeans are still drying too.

Beautiful lush autumnal colours, though I see Winter has already arrived.
Mary MacADNski: No winter. The pale colour in the background is grain, dried corn.
Beautiful - could be tweaked to make an interesting abstract, I think smile
Mary MacADNski: Adding layers of this and that and saturation would improve it too.
back to the palette, great shot again Mary.
Mary MacADNski: The peak was that week. Rain since then and rain and wind today.
Uffff, marvelous! Congratulations!. Ramiro.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks so much.
wow. beautiful. Composition would be better without sky.
Mary MacADNski: Would I cut of the trees by cutting out the sky?
or take the photo again ;-)
