photoblog image Contemplative Pose

Contemplative Pose

I had been leaning on this tree taking shots.  Sweetie wanted to try this feat too.  In just a few moments she was a pro.

Forever contemplative, An Island Walk.

Learning important stuff from Granma...
Mary MacADNski: I hope it doesn't stop at leaning on a tree.
Children learn what they live Mary... and she is learning from the best... isn't it great to just have them around us once and a while....petersmile
Mary MacADNski: I really loved it but most places the parents go, they take the children.

A natural
Mary MacADNski: A great tree leaner. I will teach her to hug them next.

I do like that day dreamy look on her face Mary, she is imagining that she is you, grown up and leaning on a tree.
Mary MacADNski: I love that look on her face too. I seem to post her serious looks instead of her gorgeous smile.
She looks very thoughtful indeed Mary. This is a picture to treasure
Mary MacADNski: I liked the thoughtful, contemplative feel.
Now you can teach her how to hug the tree smile
Mary MacADNski: Ha, I will do just that.

It's amazing how quickly they pick it all up, Mary. I have watched my own grand-daughter!
Mary MacADNski: None live near me so I take every chance I get.

Lovely shot Mary, it looks as though you have fun together!
Mary MacADNski: We really did and I think it was good for both of us.
Storing up memories of the great time she is having with her loving grandmother, Mary.
Mary MacADNski: I like that thought. Only moments later though, she took off to the back yard - to yell 'hold on' and ride her horse.
I think Sweetie would like a toy camera Granny. Lovely shot
Mary MacADNski: Good idea!!!!

Did she have a go with the camera, too? I do leaning on the tree very well and consider myself an expert in such a skill; less sure about the camera, though smile
Mary MacADNski: No, but Janet just gave me a great idea. My other grandchildren have a child's digital. I may get her one.
Beautiful portrait Mary - very natural! smile
Mary MacADNski: She looked so deep in a daydream.
She really is a little sweetie Mary, another fine shot.
Mary MacADNski: Daydreaming about the horse and the hill in the back yard.
Some just take to this posing lark without effort !
Mary MacADNski: She was not posing, just leaning - like Grandma had been.
A wonderful and natural pose Mary!
Mary MacADNski: It was cute to see her backing up to the tree trying to lean on it like I was.
Some lovely pictures in this series, Mary.
Mary MacADNski: I showed only a few and her serious side. She has a gorgeous smile but I showed her serious side only.

She is "eine süße, kleine Maus" - I love her dark, big eyes (from Mummy, Daddy or Granny?)
Mary MacADNski: She is every bit her father's family. Her two month old brother looks just like my daughter's family. One of each but from the opposite sex.
She is adorable...
Mary MacADNski: She is so sweet. We talked on speaker phone while we had our breakfast this morning. She is as sweet as she looks.
