Snow Shoe Love 4

I came across a spot where a fox or coyote crossed paths with something that became a snack.

I suppose anything thaat moves is fair game for those critters Mary. Lock your cats up!!
Mary MacADNski: The foxes used to come onto my deck and look in the window at Kenz lounging on the back of a chair by the window. I have a picture of a fox chasing Kenz too.

I think I can see a flying insect to the left of the track but, surely not?
Mary MacADNski: No, just a bit of weed sticking up out of the snow.
Your shot certainly fuels the imagination. Interesting share,
Mary MacADNski: Yes, we do tend to get some imagery in our imaginations from this.

The broad track to the right - is that yours?

A lot like walking in the bush and reading the sign.
Mary MacADNski: Yes, the far right track is mine. It is easier in winter to follow tracks. Fun too.

Excellent find and nicely photographed! I love all the different sized prints in the snow.
Mary MacADNski: Yes, I love those tiny mouse prints.

Survival of the fittest, Mary.In the harsh winter weather, take what you can.
Mary MacADNski: Absolutely. It's a tough world out there.
follow the trail, where will it end
Mary MacADNski: It ended there with the kill.
The snow tells a tale! A fine series Mary, I do recall some of these from last year; Happy New Year! smile
Mary MacADNski: I showed five but took over 200 shots.
Guapas fotos de nieve y hielo. Salud para ti, your grandson and family in the new year!
Ramiro.
Mary MacADNski: Thank you so much. Snow must seem foreign to you in Spain.
The tracks tell the story, eh? Probably a rabbit or a hare?
Mary MacADNski: I can't remember to tell the truth, but quite possibly.

Mary MacADNski: Yes, it is tough out there but it is nature's way.
That's not a rejected bone laying in the fight area is it Mary?
¡En España nieva bastante, Mary, aunque sea un pueblo mediterráneo! Somos el segundo país de Europa en altura media, después de Suiza. España: ¡nieve, mar y sol!
Salud.
The forces of nature Mary!
A good record of the crime scene Mary smile
As long as it wasn't a cat! Happy Birthday Mary. I have seen the photo and the resemblance
A familiar scene, Mary. We often come across little piles of feathers.
I love the snow shoe series! We've just tried out our snow show shoes for the first time this season - we're hoping for more snow, as it was not very deep and the snow shoes were really not needed. So glad your new camera arrived!
A wonderful perspective here Mary!
