Saturday Snow 8

Here is an alternate view of that edge of trees.  Beside it is one of two stages in the park used for performances.

This looks very chilly, Mary!
Mary MacADNski: It wasn't too bad. I did not wear gloves the whole time.

A very fine study in white
Mary MacADNski: Thank you, Chris.
Wonderful scenes with these wooden structures Mary!
Mary MacADNski: It wasn't that much snow as you see. It just stuck like glue to the trees. Very odd.

You had the place to yourself, Mary
Mary MacADNski: I did. The plow had been around the evening before when it was freezing rain.
That does look seriously cold Mary, we have yet to receive a covering this year in the Cotswold hills.
Mary MacADNski: It was not that cold. I did not wear gloves the whole time I was out there comfortably photographing.

Deepest winter as we never might experience in our country! I can feel the cold.
Mary MacADNski: I guess it appears to be very cold but it was not. I did not wear gloves for the duration.

I can't see this being used for many performances until the snow clears. A very different scene then.
Mary MacADNski: The squirrels, bunnies foxes and fairies might surprise you.

Lovely atmospheric wintery picture
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Anne I was almost finished at this point.
Love these snowy, cold shots, Mary.
Mary MacADNski: They look cold but I was comfortable shooting with no gloves.
The buildings add a new dimension to your winter scenes Mary....petersmile
Mary MacADNski: I quite often avoid them.
Cracking picture Mary
Mary MacADNski: Thank you, Bill.

brrrrr...cold
Mary MacADNski: It was not as cold as it appears. I was confortable bare handed.
Terrific shot, Mary - the snow certainly changes the view!
Mary MacADNski: That is about the best thing you can say about snow - in the most artificial way - but from the view of the photographer only, not the real thinking person.
Both of these images are just gorgeous!!
Mary MacADNski: Thank you. I have liked being in a similar vein to you even down to you having a duck in your shot today in the series and me having the gulls. Cool!
