Frosty Treats 7

These shots were taken during a time the ice crystals were melting and losing their grip on the branches.  Here is a pile of fallen crystals. I took several shots with different settings.

Isn't that pretty! I love the textures and shadows!!
Mary MacADNski: The flakes of frost were so delicate. I was in awe.

The melt is coming. Here today, gone tomorrow.
Mary MacADNski: The melt was in 15 min or so. We haven;t had snow for weeks now.
What a delightful frost image, the shining particles and the shadows really work together.
Mary MacADNski: The flakes are hard to get just right.

Love the shadows and the fallen pieces.. This is a great picture. Snow has so many colours.
Mary MacADNski: Snow has different colours and amounts of water and so many variations. Our weather has been mild this winter and we have not had snow (that stayed)in weeks.
