Yellow Flowers

'Tis the season for flower arranging and filling the house with colour.

Again, a song I have played here many times and this will not be the last time.

What a beautiful bunch of flowers!
Mary MacADNski: That was a couple of weeks ago. The house is filled with pinks, reds and oranges right now.
A fine display of flowers in a very nice vase Mary. I note that the band have flowers drawn on the door behind them.
Mary MacADNski: For a Wonderful Life you must have flowers.

Nice use of depth of field, yellow is always a joy indoors and out.
Mary MacADNski: The blooms have shifted to the mid-summer reds and pinks. I love all the creations to be made from flowers.

An almost wild-looking bouquet, Mary
Mary MacADNski: Depends on where you live, eh? The only wild part here is the grass. The rest are from gardens.

I admire people who can arrange flowers to make a decorative display. If I tried glower arranging, it would like bunch of flowers just stuffed into a vase.
Mary MacADNski: We all have our hobbies, some enjoy more strenuous ones like cycling and climbing; some flower arranging and now shorter hiking.
that is a fine bunch of colour indeed, i love it, Mary.
Mary MacADNski: This is a few weeks old. Different colours predominate in the gardens now.

What a lovely vases of flowers, I like the POV.
Mary MacADNski: I played around with several shots here. Chose one randomly and in a hurry, just grabbing shots.
One of Maureen's favourite pastimes is flower arranging. Trouble is she gives most of them away!
Mary MacADNski: I give many, many vases of flowers away too, Brian. That is the joy of it, sharing the short lived beauty. I pick flowers most work mornings to take with me.
A couple of fine bouquets!
Mary MacADNski: I trimmed the tall stem on the right, twice.
very old wood and beautiful new flowers Mary... they will brighten up your house nicely....petersmile
Mary MacADNski: They are never ending here, a hobby.
The selective focus works well here...
Mary MacADNski: I took many versions and may show one after I see these on a real monitor.
