Pointing Skyward

I am not able to go back to the early days of SC to find the first shot of this deteriorating building that I showed here.  It was nine or so years ago. It is shown here this past June, quite a bit more collapsed.

In Peter's comment below he has found the first or one of the first shots of the building.  Please have a look at his link.

Mary MacADNski: I am so happy you have watched it over the years, peter.

the following comment by Richard Standley that day tells me that your first post may have been around June 2005:
There has been quite an evolution in two and a half years Mary!
Mary MacADNski: Yes, and it won't last much longer.

i wish that i could have found the original one for you... you have a big archive 3,356 imagessmile
Mary MacADNski: i am so happy for this, peter. I reposted to include your link.

I remember it well, Mary. This building is falling down gracefully.
Mary MacADNski: I got a few shots and it is amazing to compare.

A sad sight
Mary MacADNski: I guess so but even in the beginning it's fate was known.
I remember this Mary, but I did not realise it was so long ago that you showed it, scary. Great song, I love that smooth style, and the piano is excellent.
Mary MacADNski: Peter found the first post of it if you care to take a look. Even I was amazed at the difference.

I remember a similar photo of this deteriorating building, even the decay looks attractive.
Mary MacADNski: I have had several over the years.

I remember seeing shots o this over the tears. So sad that it's got to the this stage. I guess the end is inevitable.
Mary MacADNski: I think the end was inevitable from the beginning of the posts.

It's gone a long way in those 9 years since Peter's find, Mary
Mary MacADNski: It certainly has, even I was amazed at seeing the difference.
With Peter having found your original posting, long before I joined SC this and the other show the sadness of what has happened to this lovely house over the years.
Mary MacADNski: There was quite a difference here.
Another few years and the vegetation will have taken over completely.
Mary MacADNski: The driveway is always accessible as there are farm fields from it to the sea.
No restoration now, just a big pile of firewood
Mary MacADNski: It will be burned and plowed under at some time I would think.
It's amazing that it is still standing... you would think someone would tear it down...
Mary MacADNski: I will keep photographing it until that happens.
I have followed the decline of this building over the years Mary.
Mary MacADNski: It has certainly changed.
Amazing! I remember you posting it before. What a comparison with the image Peter found!
