Très beaux reflets de cette neige.
Mary MacADNski: It was good to be there and figure it all out.
These are really lovely shots, Mary!
(I'll listen to the music later... I know I'll like it - so I want to pay attention!)
Mary MacADNski: Bueno.

A lovely, placid pond.
Mary MacADNski: It is the pond that last year held a beaver.

I like the winter shot with snow & dark water
Mary MacADNski: I loved this little walk.
These shots are so idyllic for me, Mary, representing winter the way I love it.
Mary MacADNski: It is different this year with so little snow but the years that hve such massiver snow makes up for it. The funny thing is that two years ago when we broke the all time record of snow , it was like this at the first of Feb. The first big storm was the weekend of 14 Feb. when we were visiting my daughter and family.

Now that really does look cold. What is it like now where you are, Mary ?
Mary MacADNski: We have not had snow for weeks but are getting some overnight. They are calling it mood snow, the kind in photos as there is no wind just a bit of light fluffy snow. We have had rain and freezing rain but little snow for the whole winter.

I definitely living in the wrong place; I'm so envious of your cold winters. I like the way the snow appears to be hovering over the surface of the water.
Mary MacADNski: You would love this winter, Alan. No cold spell and very little snow. Lots of wind though.
The contrast in your photograph looks very good Mary.
Mary MacADNski: The water is dark. This is the beaver pond I showed last year. It is now minus the beaver as can be seen by the low water.

A lovely wintery scene, a chill in the air indeed!
Mary MacADNski: It has been a mild winter so far. The funny thing is that two years ago when we broke the all time record of snow, it was like this at the first of Feb. The first big snow storm was the weekend of 14 Feb. when we were visiting my daughter and family.
Two very good shots but it is the power one that really catches my eye.
Mary MacADNski: The power one?
Two nice shots, Mary.
Mary MacADNski: The once beaver pond is now shallow.
Lovely shot, Mary.
Mary MacADNski: Thanks, Tom.
