Triple

Light through the oval shaped opening in the vase showed up on the side. I played with it for a long time.

A stylish sundial!
Mary MacADNski: It was not empty long enough to act as a sundial but I get your idea.

I hear all sorts of new songs from you, thank you, Mary. The light in that vase is strange
Mary MacADNski: I am featuring the Rose Vaughan Trio this week. She is coming out with a new album after many years. She is a a family favorite.

The vase light was so cool to play with but flowers were placed within very soon.

Isn't light wonderful
Mary MacADNski: We have been playing with it forever. My very first memory is of light.
I can see how mesmerizing it must be, Mary.
Mary MacADNski: So many angles.
It is a lovely shape to play with Mary
Mary MacADNski: A triple of ovals.
Inspired by Henry Moore no doubt Mary.
Mary MacADNski: Not at all. Just being in the moment with sunshine.

I love the way you show the B&W and the coloured one. Playing around is so much fun.
Mary MacADNski: I must start editing the image before changing it to b/w but there is so little time in life. I would rather be outdoors.
I think I prefer the B.& W.Mary, the coloured pattern in the lower shot tends to drag the eye away to one side a bit. (Sorry got my judges hat on for a few minutes!)
Mary MacADNski: Totally cool as that is why I put up both the colour and straight conversion. Editing the shot before the conversion would be an improvement but who will work on the garden when I am inside doing such a thing?

I think the monochrome version is particularly effective Mary.
Mary MacADNski: Ab editing of the original image would improve the b/w straight conversion. I wish there were more time.
Mmm - works best in colour.
Mary MacADNski: It would be ok in b/w if the colour were edited before the conversion.
the potter plays with light!
