your usual grace with the horizontals...
Mary MacADNski: That is a nice comment, Larry. Thank you.

Whao! The video is a Knockout!
Mary MacADNski: Ain't she the best.
Très jolie vue. J'aime le contraste entre la mer et le ciel.
Mary MacADNski: A good blue sky is to than for that.

I just can't imagine a thaw on this scale, Mary
Mary MacADNski: It happens every year. Yesterday looked like this driving over the big bridge.

The final ice on the water
Mary MacADNski: It was a year of little ice.
Roll o0n that time again

A fine scene Mary. I had not heard this song before, but great voices.
Mary MacADNski: Aretha is one of the great voices.
A fine shot Mary, it really gives us a good idea of how it is round your way during and after winter, although I gather it has been a bit milder than usual this time.
Mary MacADNski: So far this winter all of Canada was hit with below normal temps - a polar votex or something. PEI missed two big storms that hit both mainlands. We were very pleased with that!
Spring can't come soon enough
Mary MacADNski: Ha ha. I am not minding winter so far this year.

Oh, I love the patches of snow and ice - yes, there is a feel of spring! Today we had snow and ice rain, not very comfortable.
Mary MacADNski: We have had a wonderful winter but there was a three week period that was colder than usual.
With bated breath, I would have titled "Infinity"
Mary MacADNski: It always ends so no infinity. Spring temperatures will soon melt the ice.

Have you had any snow this season, Mary?
Mary MacADNski: Very little, Alan, though our cradling mainlands have had major storms that we missed altogether but for a bit of rain. The snow that is on the ground now came all in one day last week where it was beautiful dry snowflakes that fell the whole day. I traveled over the bridge to New Brunswick over the weekend and it was the same the with fresh powder still frozen on the trees.
A tranquil scene - lovely!
Mary MacADNski: That promise of spring!
