Three Boats

I have watched the Canada Day fireworks from the grey house we can see across the Charlottetown Harbour,  in Stratford.  My bro-in-law sold the house last year so that perfect location will no longer be available.

A shame when access to a good view vanishes...
Mary MacADNski: It is also on my side of the bridge and gives a ten minute head start when the swarms of traffic leave Charlottetown, where these boats are.

The people of Canada seem quite into flag-displaying, Mary...something that surprises me a tad.
Mary MacADNski: It was Canada Day. That day is all about flags.
Le drapeau canadien apporte une jolie touche de couleur.
Mary MacADNski: I like our flag very much.

How selfish of him.
Mary MacADNski: That's what I said!

Well, that's just plain selfish of him smile I bet the location ensured a hefty price premium.
Mary MacADNski: That is what I thought, very selfish. I am sure it was hefty but built to sell.
i love your composition and the lines of the boats Mary... next July 1st you will have to watch the fireworks along with all of the people on the beach....petersmile
Mary MacADNski: I like to stay on our side of the bridge to be 10 minutes ahead of anyone leaving Charlottetown after the last firework. His place was perfect because he served drinks and food but the beach works too.
Beautiful touch of color of the Canadian flag that revives the image
Mary MacADNski: Lots of Canadian Flags on Canada Day.
