Bella looks like the foreman, Mary.
Mary MacADNski: She is. I am supposedly taking pictures of pumpkins and she is making sure I am doing it right.
That's quite a coy expression you've caught Mary! I like the shadows on the wall too!
Mary MacADNski: She believes I am taking shots of other things and wants to make a getaway if she thinks the camera might dare to catch her image.
great shadow work
Mary MacADNski: It was late afternoon.
I may look sleepy ... but don't take any chances.
Mary MacADNski: The sentinel.
If you have had difficulty getting Bella to pose she slipped up this time. Gorgeous shot Mary
Mary MacADNski: She thinks I am taking pictures of pumpkins and has no idea she is included.

They're definitely nocturnal by nature Mary. Do yours hunt at night and bring presents home for you?
Mary MacADNski: No, the cats are not allowed out at night, though I had one years ago that came after having already had that kind of a nocturnal habit. Nearly drove me around the bend though with worrying about it. My cats were trained to love birds as friends and for some reason thought I meant the lessons to cover rodents as well so I get no presents.
Bella is looking hansome in the dappled light Mary. Lovely pic
Mary MacADNski: She was enjoying the late afternoon sun and waiting for dinner.
Nice lighting and shadows Mary.
Mary MacADNski: Much obliged. Thar late afternoon sun is impossible to escape without a shadow.

an intriguing look of your beautiful cat - I like the shadows at the wall.
Mary MacADNski: She is afraid I might point the camera at her instead of the pumpkins she thinks I am photographing.
So true Mary. I love the light play here! Well done.
Mary MacADNski: I tried to get another shot but no, she ran off.
Lovely shot of a lovely cat.

The masked wonder. Go catch a fox.
Mary MacADNski: Funny to see you here on a weekend.
That lighting is fabulous, Mary.
Mary MacADNski: It is so beautiful now in late afternoon. I went for a woods walk at this time on Friday, something rarely done. I usually go in mornings or early afternoon but a visitor really wanted to make a hike. I was astounded by the light and my camera and I enjoyed it very much.
I hope we see some of the late afternoon pictures, Mary. It's a wonderful time to walk in the woods.
Look how beautifully the sun catches her eye like that. The shadow that the flowers cast on the shingles is the crowning touch, Mary. Lovely!
Wonderful Bella!
