Finally

I've often complained of my inability to get a shot of a gull in flight.  I have finally luckily got one and am satisfied.....Van Morrison satisfied.    It is not in perfect focus but that's ok.....

 

I'd love to play a Van song but he has really mean spybots out there.

It looks fine to me, Mary. You've got a bonus of it flying with its lunch - looks to be a crab?

Oh yes, you must be lucky to have captured the gull at this moment- and the gull too has just captured some food -two lucky or happy beings!
Mary MacADNski: Lucky for me, happy for the gull.
Van lives near us, in Dalkey, just couple miles up the coast. He's a very VERY strange man...seems to be in constant disagreements and court cases with his neighbours.
Mary MacADNski: I am a huge fan of his music; always have been. I know he's not friendly and that he's super vigilant about his rights to his music. I saw him once but sat in the nosebleed section.
