Heat Relief

One of my favorite moments this summer.

The closest beach, running in and cooling off from a hot day. Took this photo first.

Très jolies couleurs, j'aime l'eau transparente.
Care MacADNski: It was very refreshing.

Amazing how the b/w makes it a texture!! Could use that in a composite!
Care MacADNski: The iPhone blows out the whites so they don't convert well to b/w.
It must have been so nice !
Care MacADNski: I am missing it already. Hurricane Teddy is coming on Tuesday :-(

The water is certainly inviting you in, Care.
Care MacADNski: I opened it's arms wide and I ran straight in.
i like the effect of the light on the ripples at the bottom, Care.
Care MacADNski: It is here that I miss my camera the most..The iPhome blows out the whites. The foam does not work in b/w.

I hope it was nice and refreshing for you
Care MacADNski: It was necessary that day. I was close to heat stroke or heat exhaustion.
The thing is, Care, we all can imagine what that felt like!
Care MacADNski: I ran right in, Ginnie, bringing instant relief.

I so like these, Care. Water is so photogenic and you do these so well. Great B&W but I also like the coloured one.
Care MacADNski: I would like my camera back to do a better job with them.

The black and white is for me.
Care MacADNski: It is more mysterious but the foam is over exposed.
We haven't been near the sea at all this year sadly, we will make do with your excellent pictures.
Care MacADNski: I sent a friend a PEI beach in a box but decided not to include a jar of salt water. I will rethink that for next year.
It must have felt so refreshing!!! I like your water photos and enjoyed the Swimming Song!
Care MacADNski: I was close to heat stroke that day and couldn't take it a minute longer. I love Loudon and his songs, all so personal.
