Watery Wednesday

My son and family live in another part of Ontario but attended a family party at my aunt and uncle's house on Wasaga Beach. My aunt gave my grandchildren bread to feed the gulls.

much to like in these couple of images, Mary.
Care MacADNski: I had not seen the children in three years. It was a treat.
Love those beach shots!

The concert made me sad... Bob must have been also.
Care MacADNski: Sorry to make you sad. Some musuc will do that to you.

Children love to feed the Gulls. Here we are not allowed to
Care MacADNski: Since it is post tourist season many of the beach rules were not being followed. Dogs are not normally allowed on this beach, even by residents but there were lots and lots being walked throughout the day.

A great picture in so many ways - the top one. Lovely.
Care MacADNski: My first time seeing by older grandkids in three years. It was special.
We are told not to feed bread to birds. And not to feed anything to gulls or pigeons!

The children certainly look as if they are enjoying themselves.
Care MacADNski: I was enjoying it too, it being three years since seeing them. They have not visited the beach many times since leaving Seattle and it was their first time meeting my three aunties and their families.
Nice pics, Mary.
Care MacADNski: Special time for me.
I bet they loved feeding the Gulls.
Care MacADNski: I am not sure if they ever have.
I do hope it was healthy wholemeal bread
Care MacADNski: Absolutely, it was. My aunt and uncle in their late 70's and eighty five are both vegetarians.
Nice capture, Mary.
