That is the perfect title for this picture. Boats like these are so very decorative. Imagine them full sail on the big oceans.

These craft always amaze me with their rigging.
Rightly so ,such elegant vessels
They must look magnificent under full sail out at sea.
And so they should be - very handsome vessels!

They do look rather splendid when dressed overall. Trust the French to have the biggest national flag; shame on them them - that honour should go to the hosts.
Care MacADNski: This was a group of smaller boats and they were all to one small wharf. The main wharf held many big boats and there were some large CDN flags.
