Cette barrière a besoin d'être changée mais cela fait une belle photo.
The B&W conversion has turned this into an excellent image...nicely done, Mary.
I love the black & white - the patterns stand out so beautifully!
Lovely song and video!

I must be very ignorant, but I had to look up "beachglass"; I see it is different from "seaglass"
Mary MacADNski: I did not know there was a difference. I mean pieces of glass that have been 'cooked' by the wave/sand action of the ocean and land apon the beach all frosted and ready for whatever craft you use it for.
I really like the B&W, too, Mary, but am equally liking the color version. And like Lisl, I just learned the difference between sea glass and beach glass!

My kind of pictures again, Mary. I like them both. The B&W has more drama though...

That top picture in mono, is an excellent one. The cages looks a lot like what locals here use to trap fish...
Mary MacADNski: These fences were used to keep sand from blowing on the road. They have been left from a previous season, I assume.

Like Lisl needed to Google beach glass.

Lovely picture, I particularly like the way all the shadows and angles show up on the b&w version.

a fine geometrical photo, I especially like the shadows of the fences.
I was about to ask what the fences were for until I saw your answer to Louis. Thought that might have been the reason for them. I like both images equally, Mary.
Two good versions althought he background in the top image is tad dark.
Very good, especially in mono.
beat up but still protecting the dunes Mary... i like both shots... the b&w brings out more od the shadows....petersmile

I like the staring contrast of the shadows. Autumn and winter are my favourite ties to go to the beach.
