Is that a rock, or a fruit ?
Mary MacADNski: Just a rock on the beach.
What fun it must have been to find these! Nice images of these treasures! And nice song!
Mary MacADNski: I could show rocks forever and ever - nothing else.
Etrange trouvaille.
Mary MacADNski: I was happy yo find it.

How strange is this!
Mary MacADNski: I sort of understand it because I have an ashtray outdoors that works perfectly. Butts will now blow out of it, no matter how much wind.
I wonder how long this took to happen
Mary MacADNski: I do too. Please read my reply to chris.

If I was a Caveman I might learn something from this...

This is one of natures quirks again, quite how it manages to do it I don't know.

Amazing find, Mary. It almost looks like an eye staring at us.
Mary MacADNski: Wearing green eye shadow too!

First of all it looked like a fruit, but what a surprise this stone
Mary MacADNski: Frank mentioned fruit and I can't even imagine it. I guess I can't unsee rock.
is that a round stone within the hole in the rocks Mary....petersmile
Mary MacADNski: It is exactly and it has created the hole perhaps.

I assume that the stone was placed by someone in the bowl-like indentation? Both are fine examples of erosion.
Mary MacADNski: I don't think so at all. The bit of sea lettuce looks to be stuck on.
