Erosion works non-stop on Prince Edward Island.
These photos were from the 'man taking his pants off' day and I took a photo very much like the top one on a beach I visited two weeks ago. I will show it soon.
Addendum: written 5:20adt on Monday afternoon.
Total coincidence that I featured clouds the last few days and am now starting a series on erosion.
We have just been victims of Hurricane Dorian on Saturday and Sunday. There is plenty of clean up here in the east but western PEI got more damage as they had more rain which loosened the soil and root systems more resulting in whole trees being uprooted. Here in the drier east, trees broke instead. I lost one tree and had lots of big limbs broken. Firewood for someone again.
I lost electricity for 26 hours and my son still has none, now about 49 hours. I had electricity but no internet until today. My son has an industrial sized generator so I went to his house yesterday for coffee and dinner. All is well.
