Hot and Bothered

When visiting the Panmure Island Lighthouse, we passed a farmer with a team of horses driving a carriage of tourists. This horse, left alone, was making a bit of a fuss with it's friends gone.

The top photo is dramatised with an overlay.

Addendum:

Gail and I did not go to the beach as planned. When she saw how much work I still had to do she suggested we just get it done.  After two days of her help I have come out the other side - free of the debris from Hurricane Dorian. God bless good friends!

A good looking, strong horse, but my in-expert eye tells be it hay have had a problem with its left front leg in the past.
Care MacADNski: That could be why she was not part of the team. She was very upset.

It looks a lovely and playful creature.
Care MacADNski: She was not at all playful, but fretting terribly that her pack was away. she could see them for a mile.
A very fine horse Mary.
Care MacADNski: It was fretting and unhappy with her others gone. She could see them for a good part of their run.
She probably felt rejected being left behind like that, Mary. Lucky you have such good friends willing to help you clean up after Dorian.
Care MacADNski: Yes, rejected or separation anxiety. We always get lovely horse shots here at Panmure but not a happy one this time.
when the chips are down you know your friends
Care MacADNski: Oh yes! My friend with the chainsaw worked two full days.

a wonderful action photo! Fine that you have done your work after Dorian together with your friend.
Care MacADNski: Another friend worked two full days with a chain saw cutting the trees into salvageable pieces. The rest all had to be bundled and tied to specifications.
