The cliff looks flimsy, Mary...your island is dissolving...
Care MacADNski: At this point we had not had rain for so long!
how unusual, it looks sandy and clay like at the same time.
Care MacADNski: Sandy due to lack of rain. We do not have a lot of clay here, mostly sandy soil though there are some bits.
You can see how fragile this is....
Care MacADNski: We will eventually be a sand bar.
La roche est étonnante avec ses différentes couches.
Care MacADNski: Not as fragile here as photos a few weeks ago.

Fine detail of the crumbly stone.
Care MacADNski: It was dusty due to lack of rain.

Dionne Warwick is an all time favourite of mine.
Care MacADNski: I like her phrasing and distinct voice.

Wind and tide erosion possibly..
Care MacADNski: This is not quite as bad as what I have been showing previously. This is our local park with a golf course and camp ground above.
A photographer's paradise, for sure, Mary.
Care MacADNski: If you like crumbling sandstone... Just kidding, photographers love the island.

What a great name and title for these pictures, Mary. Don't you just love the way nature shapes....
Care MacADNski: My harder land on the western side of the province really keeps these shapes much better.

fascinating to see such features in the rock.
Care MacADNski: They crumble quickly here in the east.
Interesting rock, I imagine the erosion is significant
Care MacADNski: It really is! I have shown some erosion photos recently.
Amazing what nature can do isn't it.
