Gold Diggers

Purrl and Ruby still climb trees but Lucy does not.

I have put her in trees a few times and she just jumps down.

Jolies petites panthères.
Care MacADNski: All cats still have that wild look.

You would think tree climbing would be second nature to all of them
Care MacADNski: She did climb a small tree onto an air exchanger in her little city yard but the trees are REAL big to her here.

Clarke was the same. She could not get down from trees and may have died atop one. All my others came as kittens and learned it from the beginning.
We had one cat who was not much good at climbing and had to be rescued off the garage roof on several occasions. She also fell off the fence once and landed in a shrub. She cried pitifully until rescued!
Care MacADNski: Here is my reply to Chris: "She did climb a small tree onto an air exchanger in her little city yard but the trees are REAL big to her here.

They have to develop muscles to run up and down trees and indoor cats don't get that kind of exercise or movement. I still mourn Clarke's disappearance because of my fear of where where she ended up.

It’s a black panther. I thought all cats liked climbing trees.
Care MacADNski: If they have not developed climbing muscles from being indoor cats, it would be difficult. Lucy had no tall trees, just a fence to sit on.
She's a wise girl, you can fall out of trees smile
Care MacADNski: Not if you know what you're doing and have done it forever. I have never seen a cat fall out of a tree.
Great shot... Purrl is such a star!
Care MacADNski: Purrl was not in any of these shots, just Lucy and Ruby.

The yellow eyes are matching the autumnal leaves - very fine photos!
Care MacADNski: Thank you, Philine. I wish the eyes had better focus.

Gorgeous photos of the girls and a wonderful performance!!
Care MacADNski: Thank you. The girls like to pose.
Yes, good concert. My kids will be in the state of Oaxaca over Christmas and Lila sometimes performs in the town they go to.
