Watery Wednesday

Chairs like this above are scattered about Canada's National Parks. Truly I think they are more photo-op than a place to sit as there are always only two chairs. Here, you would think the chairs would be looking out to sea but they are facing the marvelous Greenwich dune system which I have shown before.  Further up the beach, another set faces the sea.

Below, from Greenwich.

i like the solid looking wooden chairs rather than the flimsy plastic versions that are seen so many other places, Mary. the dunes and the grass is quite unusual to my eyes.
I love this style of chair - they just suck you in! We call them Aderondacks...
I LOVE your stop action water photo.
And thank you for that lovely Orbison recording!

I really like the colour and design of theses, Mary
Adirondack chairs are such favorites all over America, Mary. They go all the way back to 1903 when they were designed by Thomas Lee (thanks to Wiki). So glad to see that you have them in Canada, too. smile I'd want to sit there, first looking at the dunes and then later at the sea.
J'aime la photo de l'eau bouillonnante.
Black and white night was the first video I bought...we didn't even have a player at the time!

I like the Adirondack chairs but these are a fiendish colour.
Still a pleasant place to sit I would think. Great video, I must admit to singing along with it.
Looks as though it would be a struggle to sit up!
