Colour is my preference
Care MacADNski: It is such a lovely colour in the garden.
It always amazes me what the center of the poppy looks like, Mary. It's beautiful.
Care MacADNski: They go through such a lengthy process with their pollination and are bee callers.

Poppies are so photogenic, Mary and you do these so well. Great presentation.
Care MacADNski: Thanks, Astrid. They draw both bees and photographers.
Better in colour for me Mary
Care MacADNski: Thought that might be the case this week.

It shows how b&w allows us to really see form properly without distraction that colour gives.
Care MacADNski: I always do b/w copies of photos that I am painting for that very reason.
The B&W dramatically changes the appearance......quite striking, Mary smile
Care MacADNski: Same photos three ways.

How wonderful your garden looks, Mary.
Care MacADNski: I love my garden for it’s wildness, starting with these free roaming poppies.
I like the B.& W.version but the colour presentation really catches my.
Oops! missed the last word off, it should be eye smile
Care MacADNski: It is all of the same photo - the inset. The others were cropped versions.
