Goose Display

I stopped to take photos of the clouds but the geese became the subjects.

I love your processing on this. The crop works really well to focus on the geese and the texture gives the photo a nice depth.
Care MacADNski: I had only backlight for the geese. That can be hard to deal with.

All excellent, Mary! Hard to get moving again when a scene like this interrupts the trip.
Care MacADNski: I had an appointment and left a little early for just this reason.

A splendid image

So you have given us both, Mary, thank you
Care MacADNski: The sky was awesome!
HA! That reminds me of walking into a room to find something and then you get distracted by something else and forget why you're there in the first place! grin
Care MacADNski: The story of my life, my dear!

I love your presentation, Mary and those ducks are a great subject.
Care MacADNski: I had only backlight for the geese but stopped for the glorious sky. I took my chances that they would have enough light.
A fine set of pictures Mary.

I like the twiddle on the top one
Care MacADNski: I have used that twiddle before. it woks well for some.

A very pleasing image.
Care MacADNski: The sky was glorious but I hoped the geese would turn out too.
Very peaceful looking, Mary smile I like the 'old photo' presentation!
Care MacADNski: I have used this treatment in the past. It looks good with animals too.

Excellent to the point of a likey.
Care MacADNski: You’re very kind! I hoped for the best with the geese as I had only the morning backlight. The sky was beyond awesome.
An altogether enjoyable set of images Mary.
Care MacADNski: Thank you, Brian. The day out was enjoyable.
It was certainly worth diverted attention - but your cloud photos are just gorgeous as well!
I've always loved that song!
Care MacADNski: I had my pocket camera for these and I would have liked the big one for some better sky shots. I still like this Song and album.

I think they make a better photo; more animation.
Care MacADNski: My real camera could have captured the sky much better but I took only a pocket camera that morning.
I like the rough framing...
Care MacADNski: Sound like something a carpenter would say.
this is a wonderful presentation of the geese and the surrounding shore Mary... nice treatment on the first one....petersmile
Care MacADNski: Next shot - the other side of the river.
Excellent treatment, Mary.
Care MacADNski: Thanks, Tom.
