Watery Tuesday

I have the same advice as last week without a spinning gif.

Please don't drink and drive. Be careful out there.

A lovely scene.

[I will not be driving as I am lending my car to some people so they can attend the funeral of a young relative who died yesterday in a motorcycle accident...makes one think...]
Care MacADNski: I have two wakes to attend on Thursday. People never take breaks from dying.
Joli paysage avec les reflets et la neige.
Care MacADNski: This is the opposite side of the river from yesterday's shot.
this is so calm, Mary.
i have not driven in about a decade (well at least not really long distances).
Care MacADNski: To live in rural PEI you have to drive. The city is 40 km from my home.

It's all looking a bit bleak out there..
Care MacADNski: This is the other side of the river from yesterday's shots of the geese.

No fear of that, Mary; I'm not going anywhere. I'm hoping that I will sleep through the change to 2020 but that depends on the neighbours where I'm staying.
Care MacADNski: My family is safe and sound tonight. My daughter's family arrived home safely from Mexico so Mama Care Bear feels settled.
I am not going anywhere. New Year's Day is much more important to me
Care MacADNski: We are having stormy weather tonight and possibly tomorrow when everything is closed anyway because of the holiday.

It certainly looks chilly out there.
Care MacADNski: Directly across the river from yesterday's geese shots. Those were facing the morning sun. This side has not seen the sun yet and will warm up.

I love the reflection of the blue sky in the water. My best wishes for you, dear Mary!
Care MacADNski: The end of the old year and beginning of the new always seems to be the right time for reflection.

That looks bitterly cold to me, Mary
Care MacADNski: Probably -4C or so. This is still fairly early morning and the sun has not hit there yet. It is right across the river from yesterday's geese shots.
I like the pictures but as regards tonight, we stopped going out on New Years Eve many years ago, there isn't anywhere locally we would choose to go to be hinest.
Care MacADNski: I don't go out either but feel the need to remind people. I like safe and calm.
these are two beautiful images of the river with thin patches of thin ice on the surface Mary... i like the way that the ice blurs parts of the reflections...these are keepers....petersmile
Great reflections!
I can feel the cold, Mary. Happy New Year.
