photoblog image Another Misty Monday

Another Misty Monday

Here is a straight b/w conversion, unlike the greyscale view on this Monday a few weeks ago.

This post was set for last Monday but became unassigned during the conversion.

I am happy to have found it.

J'aime beaucoup la photo en couleurs.
Care MacADNski: The colour gives us more of a sense of place.
Mornings like this are so nice, seen it only once here ! Nice to hear Long John again !
Care MacADNski: Long John became a Canadian. He played here several times. I went to see him twice.
I really love both of these versions... It's that thick fog that makes the image - so...

The intro to this song is the best part in my opinion - wonderful!
Care MacADNski: Fog is so rare here.... The intro is very good.

I think the mist is more effective in the colour version, Care
Care MacADNski: It gives us more a sense of place perhaps.

The mono image is delightful Peter
Care MacADNski: It's the other CDN in the group here.
Both are excellent, Care, but I think I'm siding with Lisl on the color version.
Care MacADNski: I truly get that.

These are fabulous pictures, Care and what a view to wake up with. I like both of them. I am glad you found them again!!
Care MacADNski: I am so glad to be getting out and about again! Went hiking in the woods yesterday.
Both versions are great, but much too cold for me.
Care MacADNski: It was most likely autumn here. Fog is rare but happens most often in the fall.

This misty view is rather a joy.
Care MacADNski: We rarely get for here so it is a treat once in a while. I once lived in a foggy city though - very depressing day after day.

Ever so excellent - love that b&w.
Care MacADNski: The fog is unusual to see here so a bit exciting.

The b&w conversion expresses the misty atmosphere very well.
Care MacADNski: It is delightful to see fog in this way - rarely. It makes it special.
Works either as mono or colour. A good time to be about
Care MacADNski: I think it was autumn, our most usual time to get a bit of fog.
A beautiful scene, Care......In this instance, I prefer the colour version smile
Care MacADNski: I think the colour gives a more sense of place and it is softer.
I really like the top B.& W.version, the mist stands out so much more. Your video takes me back to the mid 60's.when I saw Long John Baldry at the Marquee club in London when he played/sung with the 'Steampacket' comprising Rod Stewart, Julie Driscoll and Brian Auger, they were great times for me.
Care MacADNski: Those would be great times! I saw Long John here on PEI twice. He became a Canadian citizen in his later years.
Works well in B&W
