J'aime le contraste de couleurs entre les herbes et la mer.
Care MacADNski: Yes, the colour certainly shows that.
Lovely - I especially like the color one!
One of my favorite songs... I love this isolation version- don't know who all the people at the end were, but didn't they add so much!!
Care MacADNski: I was mezmerized with the water with the tide doing the fast laps. I did the same yesterday at a beach, about 100 shots of water lapping.

I enjoyed this acoustic version too! They have just cancelled their tour.

The colour image is pleasing
Care MacADNski: Shows more for sure.
J'adore !!!
Bonne idée le contraste entre les deux photos !
Care MacADNski: I so this every Monday.
Works either way for me Care
Care MacADNski: The water is the best part for me and it does not change much.

An echo of a flock of birds.
Care MacADNski: I get that !
I like the viscous appearance of the waves, especially in the mono, Care smile
Care MacADNski: That is what the photo is all about. The rest could be criooed out. A took a ton of shots of the water that night.

Can't make my mind up this Monday, Care
Care MacADNski: Mondays are so difficult! smile
I can't make up my mind which I like the best so I'll call it evens today, lovely ripples in the water. We really enjoyed our chat earlier on, we must do it again at some time.
Care MacADNski: Any time Brian and Maureen. I enjoyed our visit very much! The ripples are the best part.

They are even for me too, Care. I do love the little waves and the reeds.
A very calming picture, to me.
Care MacADNski: It is hard to decide and no one has to pick one. I like that.
In color or B&W, Care, I can almost hear the lapping of the gentle waves.
Care MacADNski: When the tide is going out these quick lapping waves occur. I love watching it and took many photos of the same phenomenon at a beach yesterday.

I like the high contrast with the golden stalks against the ripples of the water.
Care MacADNski: The evening light was at work here.

The b&w is the winner. Those black wavelets shows off quite well.
Care MacADNski: I love those tiny lapping waves that signify the tide going out.
what a surprise that i got when i saw the coloured picture Care...
the b&w makes it a mystery even with the surf rolling in....petersmile
Care MacADNski: It was such a beautiful evening light. The gold on the water is very nice in the coloured version.

B/W really gives new meaning to photos. The waves are crisper and the vegetation has greater contrast, too. Really interesting comparison. I must do more B/W....inspired!
Care MacADNski: I find b/w so interesting but I do not like greyscale with it's just grey monotone, a work related to monotony.
Best in bnw I think.
Care MacADNski: A hard one this week with many varied likes.

an exceptional photograph

i like the greyscale
Care MacADNski: This pure black and white is very far from greyscale. The contrasts are big.
