photoblog image Tuesday This Week

Tuesday This Week

An hour or so after the top photo, I watched a storm cell develop and as they usually do, move past us to the right.

My neighbour two farms down was burning a line of brush and there had been no wind. I had watched the smoke all morning and even drove down for a couple of photos.

After taking these photos I went indoors and not long after smelled smoke.  The wind had changed and I instantly knew we would get rain soon.  Happy, Happy!

That's a nice well illustrated story
Care MacADNski: Thanks so much. It was odd to see one reach us.
You know your weather Care. All of these pictures look as though they would stand alone well too
Care MacADNski: One may come back to haunt us again. :’-
A fine selection of photos Care, I like the shape of the barn, very much of your part of the world I think.
Care MacADNski: Yes, but these big,old barns are disappearing fast.
